Bayside Pre-order Bundles "Cult"

Bayside, an alternative rock band from Queens, NY has announced the release of their sixth album, entitled "Cult." The 11 track album will be out on February 18th, 2014. The band posted several pictures on social media websites like Facebook and Instagram over the past week of symbols without captions. It was a clever way to make the announcement as fans tried to guess what the images meant.
The images ultimately were symbols of the band's previous albums. As pictured on the album artwork, a plus sign for Sirens and Condolences, S/T for the self titled album, a waving flag for The Walking Wounded, a camo square refers to Shudder, an astronaut's helmet for Killing Time and 6 tally marks for this new album, Cult.

Yesterday, Bayside also announced that fans can preorder the new album on the band's website http://baysidebayside.com. There are several preorder bundles available ranging in price from $7.99 - $100. The $100 bundle includes several items including a Bayside baseball jacket (which was featured on the band's Covers EP), a t-shirt, the CD and vinyl, as well as a signed poster and sticker. Bayside is also doing something different where each pre-order bundle comes with the possibility of having a golden ticket. Two golden tickets will be hidden in the pre-orders and will give fans a chance to hang out with the band before and after a show of their choice. The fans will also have a backstage experience from soundcheck to hanging out with the band on the tour bus.

Additionally, pre-order purchases include an instant download of the track titled "Pigsty." The song is very reminiscent of older Bayside and can be viewed on Youtube.
